| A video from a YouTube channel connected to speech-to-text video transcription immediately receives a Speech to text transcript? | No, at first the video just arrives in the account as a video and is later completed with a transcript. This takes up to 30 minutes from the time the video appears in the system. Therefore, in order to receive newsletters by this parameter, it is recommended to select "in real time" option in the settings. These videos will then be sent to the newsletter not by the time of the video itself, but by the time the text transcript is received. | |

| Sometimes the authored transcripts automatically identify people/brands and organisations/geographical names, but sometimes they do not? | Automatically people/brands and organisations/geographical names are detected in texts where they are spelt correctly, i.e. capital letters etc. are present. There are no capital letters in automatically transcribed texts, so entities are not automatically detected. They are detected in the title of the video, in the description below the video if there is one. You can use autotagging for more specific determination of the required entities, please contact your manager to set it up. |
