In the Semantrum system, you get information by keywords, organized into topics. On the left are filters that you can use to find the most relevant publications.

Topics panel

In the list of topics, you can see all the topics available in your account. Switching from one topic to another is done by simply clicking on its name.

Semantrum Users can independently manage, create topics, and change settings.

A selection of topics

You can select several topics at the same time and determine the type of publication display: either all publications from all topics, or only those publications that belong to all selected topics.

Filter panel

On the filter panel, you can choose the main parameters of publications: the period during which the publications entered the system, types of mass media, type of publication, source, region of the source, etc. In addition, the system automatically highlights mentions of people, organizations, brands, and geographical objects in texts. These single entities can also be used as filters.

The publication content filter includes several filters: by the availability of videos, images, automatically transcribed text (for TV and YouTube), hashtags (for social networks), hyperlinks, and tagged pages (for some social networks).

Publications list

You can get useful information from the publication feed: publication source, media type, tone of voice (identified automatically or corrected by the user), number of similar publications, estimated number of publication views, tags (tags based on the presence of certain keywords, configured for the account), role (role in publications, to the extent that the publication is dedicated to the object of monitoring). Tags can be added directly to the publication feed, for example, to indicate the general topic of the publication or any information important to the user.

Publications actions panel

Filters chosen to display specific posts in the feed can be saved. That way, the next time you need to find posts with the same parameters, you can use the saved query instead of selecting filters again.

Publications can be downloaded from the system to Word and Excel - both in the form of a list and in the form of reports.

To group filtered posts by text similarity, use the generating of stories function.

You can also sort the posts you find. By default, the posts are displayed from new to old (new at the top of the list), but you can also sort from old to new.

Enjoy using the Semantrum system!
