Roles and user rights

Roles and user rights

In the Semantrum system, users can have different roles and rights. This allows you to manage which users in your company can create new topics, edit the tone of voice of publications, or delete them.

You need to have the appropriate rights to change roles in order to edit the rights of users who already have access to the system. Roles are set up in the settings - in the 'Roles' tab.

If you do not see such a tab or cannot edit data in it, please contact your support manager.

To add/modify user rights, select the appropriate checkbox and save the changes.

Which rights the role provides:

Editing - the right to edit the tone, tag, delete documents.

Creating topics - the right to edit the tone, tag, delete documents, create new topics, and edit topics that the user has created.

Administration - the right to edit tone, tag, delete documents, create new topics, edit all topics (except for those created by Semantrum managers and specially locked against editing), add and delete users in your account.
Enjoy using the Semantrum system!
