You can customise the system's visual elements for you and add several types of useful tools (notifications of new publications, tags and autotags, saved queries, etc.) for efficient working in the system.
The following settings can be adjusted in the user settings:
- interface language;
- home page;
- retrospective;
- password;
- types of media visible in your account;
- Semantrum Bot and notifications.
Setting up the interface and home page
On the first tab (General) you can set up the interface language.
The home page is the one that opens first when you log in. You can choose to view topics or view graphics.
The retrospective is the period for which you see your data when you log in. You can select the day (today), the last 3 or the last 7 days.

Setting up a password
When you access the system, you get a password generated automatically by the system. This password is not known by your manager or anyone else, but it may not be easy to remember. You can change the auto-generated password to whatever suits you better.
How to change your password or reset a lost password
You can select which types of media are displayed in your account. This setting has no effect on data collection, other users and can be changed at any time. For example, your topics can collect social media, but you can turn them off in your account. However, other users can still see them and you might be able to change these settings later and gain access to all the data you've collected.
Read more about how to set up the display of media types in your account.
Setting up a bot and notifications in Telegram
You can create, edit and delete topics as well as add publications to topics in previous periods. All users of the account can see all topics present in the account.
Each user can set the order in which topics are displayed in the account and the position of filters.

Saved queries
Users can
save frequently used queries to make navigation in the account easier. Therefore, you don't have to select the same filters over and over again every day. Saved queries can be private or public (available to all account users).

Users can create
tags that can be used to filter documents and aggregate statistics in an account. For example, you can tag publications on specific news topics and then receive statistics about how different sources spread those topics.
Learn more about manual tagging of publications. You can set up
auto-tagging of publications based on keywords and other publication features to make it easy to automate tagging in your account. To set up auto-tagging, please contact your support manager or send a message to the system chat.
