How to set a monitoring period

How to set a monitoring period

A period filter is available for users on the filter bar. It allows users to select any period - day, month, year as well as hours and minutes, and to select a period via a quick selection of settings.

To select default periods such as last hour, last day, last week, we suggest using the quick date range selection. Please note that the range of past periods available to the user depends on the start of the system and the account setup. The account accumulates all the data collected in it during its running.
The user can choose which period is displayed by default when logging in.

What to do if...
If your account has been active for a long time, but you do not see the full range you need in the date filter, please contact your support manager.
If you are a new user of the system, but need to retrieve data from previous periods, you can retrieve data in the following ways:
1) fill in a particular topic/topics story for the past 30 days. For instructions on how to work with filling topics, click here. If you don't see the topic edit menu, please contact your support manager or send a message to the system chat.
2) if you need more in-depth data than the last 30 days, please ask your support manager or your sales manager.

Enjoy using the Semantrum system!
