Media types: displays and filters
The most important parameter of a source is its type. Semantrum accumulates data from the following types of media: Internet media, TV, print press, radio, social networks, review sites, job vacancies and online forums. Each media type and each social network is indicated by an icon next to the source name on the publication map. The source types are present in the source type filter in the filter panel and are marked in the exports. You can get information about the source types in the export (list of publications and report) in .xlsx format, in the report in .docx format and in the standard graphs.

The source type is indicated by an icon next to the source title on the publication card.
Filter by media type
The types of media sources are displayed in the filter bar. When you mouse over a media type icon, its name and the number of publications found are displayed. You can filter publications by media type by selecting the desired icon, by several media types by selecting the desired icons.
If you want to set up a permanent filter for certain types of media in your personal account, you can do so in the system menu. You can find out more here.
