How to get help with the system?
If you have questions about how the system works, you can find answers or descriptions and instructions in our knowledge base portal. You can also ask any question in the system (in the bottom right corner of the system window).
Your support manager will answer you in chat or by email. In the same chat section in the knowledge base you will find main articles about working in the system :)
Your support manager will help you with questions about functions and will also help you:
- set up themes (including the features you need for topics, setting up region or monitoring only certain sources);
- add publications if you don't see the mentions you want in your account;
- set up auto tagging;
- set up social media monitoring for the keywords you want;
- customise the tone of voicedetermination rules if you have a need to adjust the tone of voice determination to suit your needs;
- set up special exports with grouping by topic/themes in .docx;
- set up grouped allerts by topics for users who cannot do it by themselves;
- provide acsess for new users to your account;
- provide you or another user a new access password if it has been lost;
- set up appropriate permissions for you and your colleagues, including creating/editing topics and managing users in your account;
- advise you about additional services you may wish to order, such as dashboard (infographics), access to direct searches in the full Semantrum database, analytical services.
