How to set up newsletters by saved queries

How to set up newsletters by saved queries

The Saved queries functionality is useful if you frequently use a certain set of filters inside the topic feed, or if you make additional searches and would like to keep track of the dynamics of this filter state.

Creating a saved query

To subscribe to a saved query, you need to already have one created in your account and available to you. You can subscribe to any saved query you have created. If you want to subscribe to an existing saved query created by another user in your account, you need to have that saved query created as a public query. Learn more about setting up saved queries.

Examples of setting up newsletters based on saved queries

The following saved queries and newsletters can be set up for one topic:
  1. only negative publications;
  2. only publications from specific sources;
  3. only publications with certain words, etc.
The following saved queries and newsletters can be configured for several topics:
  1. texts of publications on multiple topics in a single email;
  2. comparison of topics with each other, e.g., in a competitive analysis.

STEP 2. Select the "Newsletters settings" tab.

STEP 4. Select the necessary, existing, saved query.
STEP 5. Check the "List of new posts" box

STEP 7. Select a schedule for receiving messages.

  1. You can receive notifications in real time.
If you want to receive new publications as soon as the publication enters the Semantrum system, tick the "in real-time" box.
If you want to receive messages not only on weekdays, but also on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), check the "on weekends too" box.

Please note:
You will receive messages via e-mail or via Telegram 24 hours a day, which means that if a new post appears at night, the Telegram message will also be received at night.

  2. To change or deactivate the newsletter settings, you need to enter the settings menu again, go to "Manage newsletters" and then update the settings.
  3. If you have any problems with the newsletters, please contact your support manager or write in the chat in the system.
