How to set up receiving new publications by topic
If you want to be alerted about new publications in your topic(s) in Semantrum, you should subscribe to the newsletter of your selected topic. You can subscribe to several newsletters without any limitations, choose your newsletter channel, schedule and attachments.

STEP 1: Click on the topic menu next to the selected topic on which you would like to receive newsletters.
STEP 2: Select the tab for topic subscription settings
By this way, the system will directly proceed to the newsletter settings for the chosen topic and you won't have to select it manually in the newsletter settings window.
The newsletter settings window appears, proceed to the next steps in order to generate your newsletter.
STEP 3. Check the "List of new posts" box
STEP 4. Select a message channel - " Via Telegram" or " Via e-mail". Find out more about receiving new publications on Telegram by topic.
STEP 5. Select a schedule for receiving messages.
- You can receive notifications by schedule.
Select the hours at which you want to receive notifications of new publications. If you want to receive twice a day - at 09:00 and 17:00, for example, check the boxes next to the required hours.
- You can receive notifications in real time.
If you want to receive new publications as soon as the publication enters the Semantrum system, tick the "in real-time" box.
Please note:
You will receive messages via e-mail or via Telegram 24 hours a day, which means that if a new post appears at night, the Telegram message will also be received at night. You can use both the real-time and weekend settings if you do not need notifications on Saturday and Sunday.
If you have selected email by message channel, you can optionally select attachments in the email and - to add 2 more types of newsletters according to the schedule you have selected: daily, weekly and monthly digests. STEP 6. When all settings are done don't forget to click the "Save" button and then you can close the newsletter management window.
Done! Now you will receive messages on the selected topic.
You can also set up a newsletter in the main menu of your account.
STEP 1. Click on the main menu.
STEP 2. Select the "Newsletters settings" tab.
The newsletter settings window will then appear, where you have to select the desired topic and follow the same steps described previously. In this menu you can also select the Saved Queries tab and subscribe to the saved queries. Read more about how to set up a saved queries newsletter.
Please note
- To set up a newsletter by several topics, you need to select each topic separately and proceed to its settings
- If newsletter topic/topics are no longer receiving you via Telegram or email, please contact your support manager or send a message to the system chat.
