Monitoring Reactions in Telegram
In Facebook and Telegram, users can use not just one type of reaction (like) but a variety of them. Semantrum monitors these different types of reactions. On Facebook, we scan all 8 reaction types. To make the wide range of reaction emojis in Telegram easier to track and analyze, Semantrum aggregates most of the standard Telegram emojis into 9 reaction types. Eight of them correspond to Facebook’s reaction types, and additionally we highlight the clown face reaction.
Please note:
Not all standard Telegram emojis correspond to one of Facebook’s 8 reaction types. Therefore, the total number of reactions on a post may be greater than the sum of the 9 reaction types. If a Telegram post contains emojis that are not part of the standard reaction set, they will still be included in the overall reaction count.
