Semantrum monitors 215,000+ news websites, news agencies, online offices, government agencies and companies.
International web sources are represented in Semantrum by most of the most well-known and important Internet media. Our specialists are constantly working on expanding the number of sources available in the system. When you connect a source, you get different characteristics that allow you to use them later for topic customisation and analytics. Find out more about source specifications
here.
Publications from Internet sources enter the system with a certain delay, which depends on the speed of content of a particular resource and can vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Besides news sites, news agencies and Internet media, Semantrum also monitors the websites of official authorities, online offices of state organisations and corporate websites. The exception is websites that have no news sections (i.e. data that is added periodically and has a fixed date of creation), landing pages, business websites and pages with event announcements from various organisations.
What to do if...
If you don't see a publication from the desired online media in your account, check if the keywords in the article are included in your topic settings. Also please check how long the article has been published. If the publication has not been published for more than 10-30 minutes, the publication may not have been processed yet. If the keywords are included in the publication and the publication should really be included in the topic, please contact your support manager or send a message to the system chat. Our managers will guide you why the publication is not in your account and will determine the necessary steps to add the source to monitoring in the system.
Enjoy using the Semantrum system!
