Exports in Semantrum
Semantrum offers several export variants. They are different from each other by formats, data, types, etc. In this article we will list all the export formats available in the system.
The main types of exports available in the system are report exports (in Excel, Word or Power Point formats), publication list exports (Excel or Word), stories list exports and publications in stories (Excel or Word).
You can find recently downloaded files in the Export History menu of the Exports menu. All of the files you download are editable.
Exports of reports
The following automatic reports can be obtained in the system:
- Exporting a topic report to Excel (graphs and numeric data are exported), learn more about the report on the topic in Excel.
- Exporting a topic report to Word (graphs and text descriptions of the graphs are exported), learn more about the report on the topic in Word.
- Exporting a topic report to Power Point (graphs and short text descriptions of the graphs are exported), learn more about the report on the topic in Power Point.
- Export a topic comparison report to Word (available if 2-5 topics are selected), learn more about report by comparison of two or more topics.
Export list of publications
The following options for the list of publications can be exported (available if you select several or all documents in the list):
- Export selected documents to Excel, learn how to export publications from a topic in .xlsx format.
- Export selected documents to Word with annotations (a snippet of the most important part of a publication with your key word), learn how to export publications from a topic in .docx format.
- Export of documents with translation into Excel or Word in Ukrainian, Russian, English (available depending on the tariff).
- Special export format - grouping by selected criteria (set by Semantrum specialists after contacting the support team).
Export list of stories
(available if you select a few or all stories in the list):
When you export a story, the text snippet of the main publication of stories and a list of all documents that were also part of the story (duplicates) are exported. There is no duplicate text. The following options for the list of stories can be exported (available if you select several or all stories in the list):
- Exporting to Excel
- Stories export to Word - can be with full or short details:
- With full details (the main publication of stories and duplicates contain all the details).
- With short requisites (the main document has all the requisites, names of duplicate sources are listed).
- Headlines only (of main documents, names of duplicate sources are listed).
- Export of main publications of stories to Excel.
- Export of main publications of stories to Word - can be with full or short details:
- With full requisites (all main publications requisites are listed).
- With short requisites (only sources of main publications are given).
- Headlines only (of main documents). Learn more about how to export stories in .docx format.
- Special export of stories - grouping by selected criteria (set by Semantrum specialists after contacting the support service).

How to export data from the system
In order to export automatic reports from the system, select the desired topic(s) or tag(s), then select the desired report option in the publications actions panel. In order to export lists of publications or stories, select all filtered publications or stories or select only the posts/stories you need, and then select the desired export option in the publications actions panel.
