Topic editing

Topic editing

In the Semantrum system users can edit previously created topics. Users must have the appropriate rights to be able to create and edit their own topics. Users can also have the right to edit topics that have been created by other users in the account (learn more about user roles and rights). If you did not create the topic and it needs to be edited, please contact your support manager or write a message in the system chat.

To edit a topic, click the appropriate menu item.

Modify the request or other settings of the topic and press "Save". You can also add a history to the topic based on keywords you have modified. Read more about filling topics with previous publications.

If you need to completely replace a topic and you do not need the publications that were previously in the topic, you can delete the topic and these publications as well. More details about deleting topics.

Enjoy using the Semantrum system!
