How to delete publications

How to delete publications

Deletion of publications in a topic

STEP 1: Select the publications you want to delete.

If you are working on one topic and you want to remove specific publications from it, select them using the checkboxes on the publication cards.
Or you can select all filtered publications via the checkbox in the top bar.

If you need to refine the list of publications you want to delete, try using a filter. For example, you can exclude a specific source or language of a publication in the filter. Learn more about managing filters. You can also select all the filtered posts and uncheck the ones you don't need to delete.

STEP 2: Then click the delete icon in the publications action panel.

STEP 3: Browse the topics to be deleted, enter the number of publications you wish to delete and confirm your selection.
Entering the number of selected publications for deletion is required to protect against accidental deletion of publications.

The system will alert you that publications will be deleted for the topic you are currently working on.

Notes
Please note:
If you are working on one topic and plan to use the mass deletion tool for publications, they will only be deleted for that topic. If these documents are also related to other topics, these publications will remain in those topics. To delete a publication on all the topics it belongs to, open and delete the publication (read more about how to delete a publication). Or select the desired topics and delete the publication with the mass deletion of publications tool.

Deletion of publications in several/all topics

STEP 1: Select the topics on which you want to delete the publications and click "OK".

If the publications you want to delete belong to more than one topic and you want to delete them on all topics, you need to mass delete the publications when working with all topics. Learn more about browsing topics.
To work on more than one topic at a time, select the desired topics with the checkboxes next to their names and press OK under the list of topics.

STEP 2: Select the publications you want to delete.

STEP 3: Next click on the delete icon in the publications action panel.

STEP 4: Browse the topics for which you want to delete the publication, enter the number of publications you want to delete and confirm your selection.
Entering the number of selected publications for deletion is required to protect against accidental deletion of publications.
