TrackPR is a separate Semantrum product, an analytical report on the results of press release distribution, which is prepared for the client based on integrated data on the distribution of media mentions, conversion of visitors of the client's website or search traffic, and measurement of the efficiency of the client's own channels (landing pages and social networks).
TrackPR contains:
- general statistics on the number of mentions, coverage, distribution by media type, top sources, etc;
- media mention density indicator;
- analysis of sources from the press release distribution list;
- analysis of citation of sources;
- top publications by coverage and quotation of sources and a full list of publications;
- integrated data from Google Analytics (GA4) of your website;
- indicators of posts based on the press release on your own social media pages.
What is mention density?
In the context of TrackPR, mention density refers to a metric used to assess the speed of distribution of a press release. Specifically, it measures the period, typically in minutes, during which your press release is reprinted or mentioned in the media. The density indicator allows you to compare different press releases based on how rapidly they are picked up by various media outlets.
How is the press release distribution list analyzed?
Following the distribution of the press release, it is important to check which sources from those you cooperate with have actually published the information. This analysis is performed in the following way: you provide your list of sources, while TrackPR displays which sources have published the publication and which have not.
What is source citation?
TrackPR analyzes which media outlets are cited in publications based on your press release and provides statistics on the number of mentions and coverage. This way, you can track from which source the media took the information the most, as well as which source, together with those who cited it, provided the most contacts. Besides the statistics, you will also receive an interactive graph-tree that displays the structure of contacts according to the links to the sources. On the graph, you can select sources and open branches to see the details of the origin of contacts - from the source itself, the total number of links to it, and from specific sources.
Can I integrate with Google Analytics (GA4)?
Semantrum needs to be granted access to your Google Analytics (GA4) while preparing the report. In TrackPR, you will receive: analysis of traffic and its sources to your website during the period of press release distribution and/or analysis of conversion into customers, analysis of the ratio of publication coverage to website traffic, key indicators of the page on the website with the press release (number of views, active users, number of users who have viewed at least 90% of the page, average time on page, bounce rate, gender distribution of users).
The report displays reactions, views, and engagement rates for all your channels, as well as an analysis of these indicators by social media type.
Do I need to have access to Semantrum to order TrackPR?
