Automatic report on a topic in Power Point
In Semantrum, user can generate an automatic report on a topic. You can export reports from the system in .docx, .xlsx or pptx formats. If you need to receive a ready-made media report on your monitored object with main graphs, statistics and short text captions, choose the .pptx export format.
The report contains information on the dynamics of the number of publications and
audience coverage,
tone and
Media Loyalty Index,
roles in publications,
media types, main sources (by number of publications and coverage), main sources of negative and positive publications, media holdings, countries and regions of sources, TOP-25 publications by coverage, TOP negative and positive publications.
If you use
tagsin your account, the report also shows the ranking of tags by the number of publications and data on the tone of publications with tags. If you use
tag grouping, the ratings will be displayed separately for each tag group, and separately for tags without a group.
The automatic report is generated entirely based on the filters you have applied to the topic. Thus, you can generate reports for different time periods and parameters. If you need to get a report by a tag, select the topic in which this tag appears, select the desired tag in the filter panel, and download the report.
You can edit all the graphs in the report both visually and in terms of the data they are based on.
Please note:
You can export a .pptx report if you are viewing a single topic. Power Point reports are not available from Plot mode, without a topic selected, or from the Tags tab.
If the topic you have selected and the filters you have selected do not include certain parameters, such as mentions in the holding or regional sources, the report will not contain the corresponding slides (by media holding and by source region). The slide by country of source is available in the report when the array you have filtered contains publications from sources in countries other than Ukraine. The slides by role in publications and entity are displayed if the filtered publications have these indicators defined. Learn more about how to set up the definition of the role of publications.
Trending graphs can display data by hour, day, week, month, and year, depending on the period you select in the filters.
